The film Toy Story, released in 1995, turns 20 years-old today on November 22nd! And, to celebrate, we are giving you a look at 5 top surprises hidden by Disney Pixar in the original film!
These easter eggs, which are hidden moments and tongue-in-cheek nods to the Disney Pixar universe, aren't that noticeable and can only be spotted after you've watched the film a few times, but they do have a unique story to tell in the Toy Story universe!
Toy Story is a truly historic film by being the first feature-length film made entirely via computer animation and to this day it looks flawless! We are also super excited that Toy Story 4 is going to be released in 2018, so it makes reminiscing about the first film so special.

In the scene in the beginning of the Toy Story film where Woody is talking to all the other toys, there is a book in the bookcase behind Woody with the title "Tin Toy" and the author is Lasseter. There's a special meaning behind this! The director of Toy Story is John Lasseter and one of the first animated shorts Pixar did was called Tin Toy.
