Alyson Stoner might be known for her roles in Cheaper By the Dozen and Camp Rock, but she's stepping back into the music world with a fierce new single. Alyson is also known for her superstar-level of dancing and in her music video for "Woman," girl does not disappoint. She totally brings the fire and whips out some of her most memorable choreography of all time. When we caught up with Alyson, she dished all about the tune that will have you up on your feet as soon as you hear the first opening bars, and how when she's not in work mode, she actually is quite mellow. We know, totally hard to believe since she's such an intense performer, but it's true!
"'Woman' is rhythmic and percussive pop with an international flare. It makes everyone move differently," she exclusively said to M about her song. "[My best way to relax] I actually quite enjoy reading and meditating."
How interesting is that? In order for Alyson to channel her inner-diva goddess when she's on stage, she makes time to just relax her mind too. And another secret she shared about herself: there's one past-time so many people love that she's totally not into.
"I don't watch movies," Alyson revealed. "The only thing I've seen recently is The Big Short, which was super informative."
Alyson is literally just a barrel of surprises!
