Ansel Elgort is on top of the world right now. His DJ alter ego Ansolo is totally succeeding with his single "Totem," fans freaked out when they realized he had a cameo in John Green's new book-turned-movie Paper Towns, and Insurgent was just released on DVD. Talk about a lot going on...
But despite all of his fame, fortune, and success, Ansel recently opened up about the one person who keeps him grounded and gives the best advice of all time: His dad, Arthur Elgort.
“My father told me, ‘Do what you love in life; that’s the most important thing,’” Ansel revealed in a new interview. “‘If you just do what you love and work really hard, you will be happy, and everything else will figure itself out.’”
We have to admit, that's some pretty great advice. We're not surprised that it was Ansel's dad who doled it out. After all, parents always know the most assuring thing to say!
