If there's one thing Demi Lovato's fans can always count on, it's that the singer is 100 percent her honest self. Demi had some downtime yesterday and took part in a little Twitter chat where she dished what she's been up to lately in-between performing. As it turns out, the songstress has been writing a ton for her upcoming book!

And it looks like she's planning to spill a lot of juicy tidbits about her life, including the story behind her song, "Mr. Hughes," which is about a guy who tried to come back into her life but ultimately wasn't worthy of her or her time.

She even hinted that the true inspiration behind her hit "Stone Cold" is someone who got away from her in life.
Demi didn't specify if this was in reference to her now ex boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama, but she was still with Wilmer when she wrote and recorded that song. Fans have always wondering if there was chance it could possibly be about the complicated history she has with Selena Gomez too, since the lyrics could apply to the end of a friendship and not just a romantic relationship. But the songstress later answered another fan and said she doesn't believe in the idea of soulmates.

Now this response could stem from her breakup, since she was with Wilmer for six years and many thought the pair were in it for the long haul. She spoke in a recent interview about how it was hard to say goodbye to that chapter of her life, but moving on with someone will be great for her, since a lot of her relationship with Wilmer focused on her past health issues.
"I think it’s healthy to be able to start over with someone else. Being sick was always a part of my relationship with him; I always had something wrong with me. I needed to let go of that," Demi said. "It was hard to depart from somebody who saw everything, but it may be nice to start fresh with somebody. Because that person I was when I was a lot younger is not who I am today."
Demi always has tons to say and she really is so open about her lie so it looks like whenever she decides to release her book, everyone will get even more truth from the "Confident" singer.
