Harry Styles, who is consoling Perrie Edwards through her recent breakup, may be gearing up to launch his acting career, but he's already made his first big-screen appearance. The One Direction singer apparently served as the inspiration for an animated Disney character. That's right! Peter Docter, the director of Disney/Pixar's latest feature Inside Out, recently admitted in an interview that while creating the "Imaginary Boyfriend" character for the film, the Hazza was the main inspiration.
Specifically, Harry's signature skinny jeans and floppy hair made the inspiration boards.
"My daughter is very much a One Direction fan," he said. "We were looking at the hairstyle and the tight-fitting jeans that are a little big saggy around the middle."
Guess that explains why Imaginary Boyfriend was so unbelievably familiar! (We thought it was just because we have an IBF too, but then we realized our favorite OTP is ourselves and Harry. Riley gets it.)
