Kendall Jenner has pretty much grown up in front of the world's eyes. She has been appearing on her family's reality show, Keeping with the Kardashians since she was a kid, and although she is a supermodel who is in front of the camera all the time, she recently explained on her website that sometimes, a bad photo someone takes of her and really just ruin her day.
"Living in the public eye can both build and test your confidence at the same time. Everything I do, everything I post and every picture that's taken of me is judged by everyone," Kendall wrote. "Getting papped all the time and having my picture posted everywhere is not always fun. And not every picture is going to be a good one. I make a weird face or turn the wrong way and, of course, that's the one they'll use! Those can be hard to look at, and they don't always make me feel the best."
Definitely having all eyes on tour every move can be quite exhausting and it's easy to see how that can affect a person's perception of herself. But Kendall went on to share that she always tries to always keep the positive things in mind, and not be too hard on herself.
"Of course, the positive feedback I get from people makes me feel SO good and my work itself can be a huge confidence boost. But we're always our own worst critic. It's a strange situation, for sure, but I try to remind myself not to be overly judgmental."
That's the right attitude to have!
