Something's Brewing: Harry Styles' New Music Isn't Really Liam Payne's Cup of Tea

Now that the boys of One Direction are all doing their own thing, it is super sweet to see the cuties supporting each other's solo careers. We just about melted into puddles on the ground when Niall Horan publicly supported Louis Tomlinson and Harry Styles's debut solo music on social media. Then, our hearts exploded even more when Harry talked about just how much he loves Niall's jam "This Town." Well, now Liam Payne is chiming in about Harry's solo album. However, what he had to say is actually not as positive as we all would have imagined it would be. In fact, Liam said Harry's new music is not something he would ever really listen to. Can you believe that?

"Harry’s song I heard, and I’ll be honest with you, it’s not my sort of music. It’s not something I’d listen to, but I think he did a great job of doing what he wanted to do. That’s the way I’d put it best, I think," Liam confessed about Harry's tune, "Sign of the Times."

Our hearts just shattered. Or at least a piece of it did.

You see, Liam decided to be honest – brutally honest. Although, it wasn't coming from a place of hate. The "Strip That Down" singer actually reversed it and said that his new music is probably not Harry's cup of tea either.

"I think the funny thing is, [Harry] would say the same thing about me because he doesn’t really listen to hip-hop music," Liam added.

OK, we suppose that's fair. As for Niall's music? Liam didn't specify what he thought of his latest releases, but he did sound nothing but proud.

"Niall obviously had 'Slow Hands' out, and he had 'This Town' – which is great. Niall's got now the singer-songwriter route, which is really cool," Liam revealed.
