"I'm really insecure about my body. I'm so skinny. It doesn't look healthy but I can't help it and I can't gain weight easily. So this year I'm in 7th grade so we had to start changing in the locker rooms. The first few days of changing were fine but then this 8th grader said, "OMG Look at that girl! She's so skinny!" It made everybody look over at me. Any tips on changing without anybody seeing? LOL j/k. Any tips on feeling more confident?"
And M Girl's answer is:
"Everybody has a different body type. There's nothing wrong with that! You should be confident in how you look because no one is the same. As long as you are healthy, you should feel comfortable in your body and not let anyone put you down. If somebody is making fun of you they are probably just insecure themselves! Be the bigger person and don't let it get to you. If it really becomes an issue talk to a teacher or adult about it so they can talk to the girls that are making you feel bad. You should love your body no matter what! And remember that you are beautiful just the way you are. Good luck!"
