"There's nothing wrong with snacking, as long as you choose healthy snacks! Instead of chowing down on junk food like chips and cookies, try to snack on fruits, vegetables and nuts. Fruits and vegetables are low in calorie and are a healthy part of any diet. Nuts are high in protein and are quite filling. Good luck!"
