"I need help my BFF is a jerk she leaves me abandoned at lunch. She bullies me she takes stuff from me. I got in to a fight with her about it the other day but now we aren't friends any more. She acts like a jerk a lot but I miss her a lot but I don't want to be in an abusive friendship with her any more. What should I do?"
And M Girl's answer is:
"A girl's relationship with her best friend is an important part of growing up. Your BFF is the one you lean on when you have a bad day, the one you obsessively talk about your crush with and the one you have the most fun with. If this former BFF of yours bullies you and continues being hurtful take her aside and explain to her how it makes you feel and how hurt you are over it. Explain to her that you value her friendship, and want to make things better. If she still doesn't understand and continues being mean then it's best if you don't continue the abusive relationship. Someone who truly cares about you and is a best friend wouldn't and shouldn't treat you so poorly. Good luck!"
