Hey M Girls!
We have a BRAND NEW spin on the daily advice column on mmm-mag.com. Each day at 8:00 PM/EST we'll post a reader question and have our M Girl answer it!! Today, we're talking about embracing our bodies.

"I'm in the 7th grade, and I'm shorter than average. I'm also really under weight. I don't starve myself! I know why I'm this way (low thyroid) but people keep saying "OMG! You're so skinny! Eat some more girl!". It's so annoying! It makes me feel really bad about myself. What should I do?"
And M Girl's answer is:
"Never let what others say about your appearance get in the way of your self-esteem. People sometimes make negative comments about others, because they themselves are insecure. If you feel comfortable talking about it explain to your friends why you're thin. Tell them how it makes you feel when they make negative comments about your appearance. If the problem continues speak to an adult you trust about the situation. If you're eating right and are healthy then there's nothing wrong with you. There are all kinds of body types and all are beautiful. Good luck!"
