We have a BRAND NEW spin on the daily advice column on mmm-mag.com. Each day at 8:00 PM/EST we'll post a reader question and have our M Girl answer it!! Today, we're talking about having trouble sleeping.
M reader iGuava wrote:
"I've been having lots of problems sleeping lately. I can't get myself to go to bed before 11:00PM, and then I have to wake up at 6AM. I'm super drowsy. Sometimes I'll just lie in bed until 2:00AM and I just can't sleep! What am I doing wrong?"
And M Girl's answer is:
"Try doing something before bed to take your mind of not being able to sleep. Try not to watch any TV right before bed either. Read a book or a magazine in bed; it might help you fall asleep quicker. Sleep deprivation can keep you from doing well in school and hurt your health. If the problem continues speak to your parents about so that they can get you help. Good luck!"
