Hey M Girls!
We have a BRAND NEW spin on the daily advice column on mmm-mag.com. Each day at 8 PM/EST we'll post a reader question and have our M Girl answer it!! Today, we're talking about school.
M reader memegirl wrote:
"I'm going into middle school, and I'm VERY scared! When I went to the trip to my middle school, we toured through all the classes. In one, a couple of the students were saying how small we were. I'm VERY short for my age and I'm afraid I'll get made fun of! All of the 7th and 8th graders are so big and look so grown up! All of us future 6th graders look like 3rd graders to them!"
And M Girl's answer is:
"Whenever you go to a new school you will always be seen as the small kids because to them everyone in your grade is small. All of your friends are most likely feeling the same way about being the youngest but just think about next year when you will be saying it about the kids younger than you! Just remember the kids that say you're young went through the exact same thing! Good Luck!!!"
