Taylor Swift kinda sorta took over the world (or at least the music industry and all award shows ever) when she unleashed the whole "Bad Blood" music video squad thing on the world. While it seems like everyone is fascinated by TayTay and her famous group of gal pals (which includes Selena Gomez, Cara Delevingne, and Zendaya), Miley Cyrus is making it clear that she doesn't feel excluded in the slightest.
"I'm not trying to be in the squad," Miley, who was called out by Nicki Minaj at the 2015 Video Music Awards, admitted in a recent interview.
That's not all the infamously outspoken Miley had to say. "None of my friends are famous and not because of any other reason than I just like real people who are living real lives, because I'm inspired by them," she continued.
It sounds like in true Miley fashion, the "Wrecking Ball" singer is all:
Previously, Miley has been very vocal about Taylor's squad before, saying that she really "doesn't get it" so we're not surprised that she has no interest in taking part.
How do you feel about Miley's words? Do you understand where she's coming from by wanting to hang out with "real people" or would you prefer to be part of Tay's besties? Comment your reaction below!
