Big news for High School Musical star Monique Coleman: she is set to stat in a new dramatic show on NBC called Miranda’s Rights. Unfortunately, it's not a musical, so we won't get to see her flex her dancing and singing muscles, but instead, we're going to see Monique in a whole new way. She is set to play Emily Ellison om the show, which will focus on a group of lawyers, and her character is one of the founding partners of the Young Law Group. She's obviously going to be a smart and strong character, which is perfect for Monique!
One if her HSM co-stars and real life best bud, Corbin Bleu, took to Twitter to share just how happy he is for her.
Thanks @corbinbleu ❤️ love you!— Monique Coleman (@gimmemotalk) March 6, 2016

Clearly the Wildcats support each other no matter what. They're all in this together, after all.
