Nickelodeon star Chazz Nittolo from 100 Things To Do Before High School revealed exclusively to M the first time he knew he wanted to be an actor! Chazz told us, "When I purchased my first computer when I was 7 , there was a new recording application called Photo Booth. I would record videos with my friends. The videos were pretty much short clips that consisted of different characters I came up with. After showing my dad some of the videos and telling him my passion for being a director when I grow up, he said the best way to understand behind the camera is to be in front of it as well."
What great advice, that totally paid off! Chazz revealed, "At the age of ten I started going on castings and doing commercials and theater. When I turned 13, I stopped because it was getting hard to drive from Malibu into the city everyday after school. At my birthday dinner this past year my agent called me and said they had a casting for me if I was interested in starting up again. At the time I didn't have head shots, so my friend took a picture of me on his iPhone and we sent it to them. They wanted to see me, so I went in the next day and got the call two days after that."
Wow! Life works in mysterious ways sometimes!
