Jack Griffo is happily dating Paris Berelc now, and even though they're still in the rather early stages of their love story, they've already proven they're totally not afraid to publicly call each other out on social media. And even Jacks' The Thundermans co-star Kira Kosarin got in on the drama and it was just all types of hilarious.
The saga began when Jack posted a throwback photo of himself, posing outside enjoying the California sun.

In the caption of this lovely photo he wrote "When the sun still shone in Hollywood ☀️🌤⛅️🌥☁️🌨🌨," since it has been raining in Los Angeles. This prompted Kira to comment, and commend Jack's grammar skills, since he used "shone" as the past tense of the "shine."
Then Paris stepped in, commending Kira for calling out Jack's word usage. Since "shone" is a dare we say unconventional word to use, Paris at first thought Kira was pointing out the fact that Jack used it in his lovely caption as a way of teasing his skills a bit.
But Jack was simply having none of this though, and wanted Paris to know that Kira wasn't making fun of Jack's lack of grammatical skills, but was actually saying he was rather impressive.
As it turns out, the past tense of "shine" is either "shined" or "shone," so Jack wasn't wrong, just maybe went with a more uncommon word choice. Kira was applauding her on-screen brother for a job well done and he wasn't going to let his real-life GF steal this moment from him. Plus, it all just kind of gives fan a bit of a laugh, since it's not every day you see some of your favorite television stars talking about spelling and grammar on social media.
