If you're a fan of Sophia Grace and Rosie, then you know the cousins from Essex, England have grown up a lot since first rising to fame. Sophia Grace Brownlee and Rosie McClelland went viral a number of years ago after the British cuties did a fabulous rendition of Nicki Minaj's "Super Bass". The one and only Ellen DeGeneres loved the girls so much that she's had them on The Ellen DeGeneres Show countless times – and now, the girls are all grown up.
"I picked Little Mix as I think the song really suits my voice and it's one of my favorite songs at the moment," she said in an interview. "I am so happy my fans like the new videos I am posting and I'm so excited they all get to finally hear me sing. I'm hoping to have my own single soon."
She's got some serious pipes! Even though she said she has plans to make her own music, singing isn't the only thing Rosie is up to these days. In fact, the tween opened up to fans about everything she's been busy with in a video titled "I am Rosie - Where I've Been."
So here's what she's been up to:
She's killing it in school.
"I've been working really hard on my school work, and my teachers are really happy with me – and I got my handwriting license as well."
She's been perfecting her piano skills.
"I took my prep test in piano, and I passed! And I'm really excited about that."
She casually took up another language.
"Recently, I took on Spanish. Hola! Mi nombre es Rosie. That's 'Hello, my name is Rosie.' in Spanish."
She's super into gymnastics.
"My favorite thing at the moment is gymnastics. I spend time every single day on my bars and my beam.
She's stealing the show in her singing class.
"My most exciting news right now is that I got my first solo in my singing class at stage school, and I'm really excited and really nervous at the same time."
Wow, what can't she do? If one thing is for sure, it's that Rosie is one seriously well-rounded girl!
