Now that we've come to know and love Frozen, it's hard to imagine Olaf as anything but lovable, Elsa anything but protective, and Hans anything but evil. But did you know, that wasn't always the case?
In fact, when the writers and directors of the movie were first working on Frozen, A LOT of things were different. Elsa was supposed to be a mean-to-her-core villain, Anna was supposed to be even more hyper and clumsy than she already is, and their relationship was even more strained. If these four deleted scenes hadn't been deleted, it would have changed the plot, the characters, and the very heart of Frozen.
