In case you didn't know, today just so happens to be National Peanut Butter Lovers Day. So what better way to celebrate than by looking to the two biggest peanut butter lovers we know – Sabrina Carpenter and Rowan Blanchard.
What makes these two Girl Meets World besties big peanut butter fans you ask? Well, we think it's safe to say that you only write a love song about someone – er, something – you're really serious about. That's right – Rowan and Sabrina wrote a song about their obsession with their favorite spread.
Rowan took to social media to share the lyrics back in 2013, and they are seriously genius. If only we knew what tune this went to, we'd have a new favorite jam.
"Peanut butter makes me flutter, jello soothes by belly."
Come on, how could these words not speak to your soul?
So clearly this song proves Sab and Rowan have been tight from the start, and we have further proof of that. When M caught up with Sabrina Carpenter back in July of 2014, she spilled all the details about her friendship with Rowan.
"Our friendship in real life is so weird that it makes our on screen chemistry so much brighter. Rowan and I are comfortable with each other now so we’re not afraid to be the weirdest people possible when we’re around each other that if we have to do some weird stuff on screen, we’re not afraid and we can take it to another level of comedy. We completely trust each other which I think is another thing that helps. We both have differences and similarities to us and I just love her."
It's safe to say their relationship got a strong start. We just love looking back on the beginning of their journey together.
"Rowan and I often compare ourselves to Blair and Serena (from Gossip Girl). Blake Lively and Leighton Meester, I don’t know if they’re actually close in real life but we love Gossip Girl," she continued.
Too precious, honestly. Now brb – trying to get the peanut butter song lyrics down pat.
