The world wasn't prepared for Harry Styles riding solo on the cover of Another Man magazine and as if the photo overload wasn't enough, he revealed some truly interesting tidbits about his life and you know, what's next for that little band he was in, One Direction. Are they ever going to get back together? Or is the group over forever? When will a reunion happen? THE FANDOM HAS QUESTIONS, and Harry did his best to answer them of course.
Speaking to comedian Chelsea Handler, Hazza explained that although there isn't anything formally planned for him, Liam Payne, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson, a reunion isn't something he would ever rule out.
"Maybe at some point everyone will want to do something again but it's better if it happens naturally like, 'Hey we all really want to do this again.' If that were to happen it would be amazing. I would never rule that out," Harry said. "It's the most important, greatest thing that ever happened to me, being in that band. It completely changed my life."
Can we just a take moment to let that sink in? Harry is nothing but grateful for the fact that he was a part of one of the biggest groups in recent music history and he's just proud of all they accomplished together. In another part of the interview where he spoke to the legendary Paul McCartney from The Beatles, he went on to say that although he's pursing his own, solo dreams right now, he has no regrets of everything he did musically in the past.
"The nice thing for me is that I'm not coming away from the band feeling like I wasn't able to do what I wanted to do. I loved it and it was what I wanted but I'm enjoying writing at the moment; trying new things. I've been asking myself 'what do you want to say?'" he explained. "It's this bubble where things happen around you and it's not real life. It's amazing but it's not realistic. So when you come out of it it's nice to catch up with everything."
So there we have it. Harry isn't against the band getting back together at some point but for right now, it seems like he's happy to have some time off to do something different and just be Harry for a bit. But perhaps this isn't the end of One Direction after all. It's just the end of a chapter, and a new one will start eventually.
