The latest episode of Top Grier, "Big Winners" is here, and this time around, Hayes is back on his pranking spree, getting revenge on Johnnie for fooling him and his friends last time around. And let's just say, Hayes really pulled off grand scheme this time. THE RECAP:
The episode opens with Hayes and his friends showing off their new man-cave of sorts to his family. The guys fixed up the garage into their own private little hangout space, compete with a foosball table of course. And fun fact we're taking away from this episode: Hayes has some v strong feelings about coconut water. He is basically obsessed with it and even gets his buds to try some, but no one likes it. Except for his dog Zan, so good to know he always has his precious pooch to count on.
Hayes still can't get over how Johnnie pranked him and the guys in such an epic way, so he comes up his own payback plan. Hayes buys fake scratch-off game lottery tickets and gives one who Johnnie. He is now fully convinced he has won $10,000 and the guys of course go along with this lie. Johnnie is just over the moon excited and he quickly runs over to Elizabeth and Skylynn. Elizabeth realizes right away that the ticket is a fake, since in super tiny print on the back of the ticket it mentions how it's not real, but she doesn't say anything since Johnnie is promising to share his earnings with everyone and is going to fix up a broken fence she has been waiting to be prepare. Skylynn even admits to her mom that she knew it was fake too, but asked her dad for Legos anyway Skylynn is seriously the true breakout star of Top Grier each week, giving us some of the best scenes, so FYI, our weekly Skylynn Appreciation Moment will never be going away.
Now that Johnnie thinks he's just come into a ton of money, he decides to treat Hayes and the guys to a day of dirt-bike riding on a cool track with X-Game gold medalists Ronnie Renner and Tom Parsons. Sklynn even gets a pet pony for the day!
As the guys are having a grand old time. a very enthusiastic Johnnie heads to the gas station to cash in his lottery ticket, but he discovers is fake. of course he is not happy. He confronts Hayes and they decide on a truce and no more pranks will be happening during the rest of the summer. But knowing Hayes and his crew, we're not too sure how long this truce is going to last!
