They are easily two of the most buzzed about singers of the moment. They both currently have their sophomore albums released into the world, are out on tour, and you know, just generally slaying the music game. It's no wonder fans totally ship these two together — both as a couple and duet partners because c'mon how epic would a song be from them — and just last night at the 2017 iHeart Radio Music Awards they had a sweet reunion, one between buds and not really of the romantic kind. But a precious hug was involved so get ready to squeal with glee.
Fans uncovered this amazing pic of the two hugging it out during the show, with Laura Marano standing behind Shawn and singer-songwriter Julia Michaels to the right of Sabs.
And here's a more zoomed in shot because necessary.
Seriously, how great is this?! The Shawbrina (yes, that's the ship name we're sticking with) cuteness didn't stop there, since the Girl Meets World alum was spotted on the official iHeart Radio Snapchat singing along with On Air With Ryan Secrest host Tanya Rad to Shawn's song "Mercy" as he performed it during the show.

OK, now these two would seriously make one fabulous power couple. It's clear Sabrina is a big fan of Shawn's talent, as we're sure he is of hers. She has spoken about these possible dating rumors before though, admitting that they're currently just on friendly terms and nothing more.
"[Shawn]'s so talented, I'm like obsessed with his new album. He's so great. I just did a show with him a couple of weeks ago and he's incredibly talented. It's so rare to find people around this age that are so passionate and hardworking with what they do and just have a great head on their shoulders. I don't know him very well, I've met him a couple times, but he seems very sweet," she said.
So they simply haven't had the chance to really get to know each other, which is understandable since they're both being superstars. The "Smoke and Fire" songstress did take to Twitter though to congratulate Shawn when his latest album Illuminate dropped.
And the pair did once grace the world with one of the best selfies ever when they both performed at the Show of the Summer concert back in August 2016, sending fans into a frenzy.
So it's easy to see why a collab or a relationship is all anyone is asking for, really. Sabrina last dated Bradley Steven Perry and Shawn hasn't publicly had a girlfriend — at least since he's become a bonafide rock star — so perhaps it's about time these two fall in love. OK, we're getting a bit ahead of ourselves here, but there are plenty of people out there who would be very happy to see this couple actually come to life. Sabrina has said she doesn't have much going on in her love life, so now is the perfect time for sparks to fly. If that's what they both want to course! Plus, it's safe to say the world would get some truly wonderful songs from these two, inspired by this budding relationship. We can already see it.
